Michael Richardson and Russell McOrmond operate an open-source and Non-Government Organization (NGO) friendly co-location facility in downtown Ottawa. It is called "cooperix.net".

Michael Richardson is the network architect, and is in charge of core Internet transit issues, including BGP peering.
