Notebook booting/configuration for FreeS/WAN

Goal of this project

This project is to make it more convenient to automatically run FreeS/WAN Opportunistic Encryption on notebook systems.

Specifically, the goals of this project are to:

• make "nexthop" paramater optional.
• move %defaultroute processing into pluto, from scripts.
• have pluto perform "tncfg" calculation.
• move command line processing to whack. This will make all initial options that prevent pluto from being started at boot time, settable at run-time.
• move defaultroute calculation into pluto.
