authentication

rebuild /bin/passwd and /usr/sbin/pwd_mkdb (and their utility functions) to use alternate password files.

delivery

switch to using procmail for local delivery, and adjust sendmail to call procmail with different arguments for different virtual domains.

password changing

adjust poppasswd (not currently enabled) to understand virtual domains and switch password files (optional)

pickup

adjust imapd to use different password files

configuration

adjust virtual email configuration software to include new keyword ``mailbox'' to indicate that a mailbox exists, and is local.
