Four companies - Caterpillar and Ingersoll Rand of the US, Fried, Krupp and Mannesmann Demag of Germany and Atlas Copco of Sweden received initial contracts for US$10 million worth of equipment. The total costs are currently estimated at US$11.5 billion.
