dam-l Cana Brava dam/ Tocantins River + Serra de Masa impacts <fwd?>

I am however unable to find any information on a NEW project (CANA BRAVA =
DAM) to be built on the Tocantins River and in proximity with the =
existing dam.
Moreover, I would like locate reports on the the actual impact to the =
environment which occurred as a direct result of building the Serra de =
massa dam.
Any information, or points of contact will be received with interest.
Likewise, I am prepared to share any information gathered from other =
sources with interested parties over similar =
environmental issues.
