Int'l Film & Videos on Landmines - Fri. Nov. 28
International Film and Video Festival on Landmines
featuring a new series of "shorts" by ten famous directors, videos shot in
many countries including:
Afghanistan, Angola, Cambodia, Colombia, Mozambique, New Zealand, United
Kingdon, Zagred, ...
and covering the landmines problem from medical, political, international,
developmental and social perspectives

at the Unicentre of the University of Ottawa
Alumni Auditorium
starting at 1:00 pm, ending at midnight
presented by Mines Action Canada (MAC), in cooperation with the Student
Federation of the University of Ottawa, and the Intercultural Club of the
University of Ottawa
Mines Action Canada is a member of the International Campaign to Ban
Landmines and a coalition of Canadian non-governmental organizations
working on the landmines issue.
