People's Hearings
Important Hearings Coming Up
March 25, 1:30 - 2 pm
PeopleÕs Hearings will present stories showing the effects of cuts to
social
programs.
At council chambers, Regional Headquarters, 111 Lisgar in Ottawa.
At 12:30 - 1:30. the Poverty Players will perform in the Rotunda at
Regional
Headquarters.
Come and attend. We need to pack the council chambers. LetÕs show regional
councillors we support public funding for social programs!
Also call or write your councillor. Tell him/her that we cannot afford to
cut
funding to social programs.
