[OPIRG-EVENTS] Nigerian performance poet and musician - FEb. 27 and 28 at Gallery 101

Segun Akinlolu, Nigerian performance poet and
musician, arrives in Ottawa to shwocase his exciting
percussion and guitar-driven poetry as well as the
original artwork  of three new and adventurous
Nigerian artists

February 27 and 28, 2003
Gallery 101, 236 Nepean St.

Poetry performance begins at 8 p.m.

Both day art exhibits run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Segun Akinlolu is author of two volumes of poetry,
Waiting for the Bones (1997) and Thinking Big (2000)
and has two CDs.  He is a member of the LEague of
Canadian Poets and the Association of Nigerian Authors.
