     Justice Picnic

Noon, Monday April 14th, 2003 
Human Rights Monument (Elgin south of Laurier)


In April, 1998 the Ontario Court of Appeals ruled that the Friends of the
Lubicon boycott, against multinational Daishowa Paper and in support of the
Lubicon Cree of Alberta, was not only legal, but a model of how such
activities should be conducted in a democratic society!


The Justice Picnic is part of Outaouais Lubicon Solidarity's "Countdown to
Justice: Unfinished Business" campaign to pressure Prime Minister Chrétien
to intervene on the Lubicons' behalf before he leaves office.
