Agenda:

1. define scope of group
2. define structure of group
3. determine starting steps (after some brainstorming and filtering)

Those who are unable to make it are invited to provide input via e-mail
(to myself, or among ourselves for discussion).

I have contacted some of the Rocket Rider folks in Toronto already and
they have given some useful bits of advice... basically keep our
activities manageable, achievable steps. Website is strongly recommended.
Public meetings are good.
